Romero Special is a professional wrestling hold, also known as the "Tapatía" or "Mexican Surfboard". In Japan it goes by the name "Tsuri-tenjō-gatame" (hanging ceiling hold), and it is said to have been devised by Raúl Romero or Rito Romero of Mexico.
