Changing the delivery address after shipping
For system reasons, we cannot change the delivery address once an order has been shipped.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is not available.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees differ by product.
If an item cannot be received within the carrier's holding period due to an incomplete address, prolonged absence or similar reasons, it will be returned to the shipping origin (our warehouse or the brand). Once the item has been returned, we will contact you to confirm reshipment. The shipping fee for reshipment is borne by the customer.
* For some large items, an additional shipping fee may be charged. Customers with applicable orders will be contacted separately by email after ordering.
* An additional shipping fee may also be charged for shipping to some remote areas.

Tax exemption
If your order is shipped to an address outside Japan, the amount equivalent to Japanese consumption tax (10%) is exempted from the purchase price. Customs duties may be charged on receipt.

If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the carrier to respond promptly. If this happens, please contact us via our contact page.
