Delivery timing
Orders close every Tuesday and Thursday at 15:00 (JST), after which they are shipped from each brand or from our warehouse within 5–7 business days.
However, shipping may be delayed due to stock status, busy periods, made-to-order or pre-order items, delivery to remote islands or distant areas, weather, traffic conditions and other factors. In such cases we will notify you on the website or by email.
Delivery method
A delivery company will deliver to the address you specify. After shipping, we will email you the tracking number.
