"URBAN COMMUTER 2WAY TOTE BAG 3" is a mid-sized 2WAY tote bag designed for urban commuters.

Beautiful as a "tote bag", easy to handle as a "backpack"

Tote bags and backpacks each have situations where their particular strengths shine, and situations where they are ill-suited as tools. The greatest advantage of a 2WAY bag is that one item can cover both — yet the designer felt that its looks are all too often neglected. The goal here was to achieve both the beauty of form of a "tote bag" and the ease of handling of a "backpack".

Defining the advantage of a tote bag in business as "greater storage than a briefcase and a look that gives a smart impression", the designer created a tote whose form never hints that it is a 2WAY bag.

At the same time, defining the advantage of a backpack as "less strain on the body through load distribution and keeping both hands free", the bag incorporates a well-balanced set of backpack functions that are easy to handle for urban commuters who ride bicycles or use public transport.

• The zippered front pocket is an organizer for sorting small everyday items efficiently.
• Between the front pocket and the main compartment is a large open pocket with snap closure.
• Open side pocket in stretch mesh.
• Side zipper (SZ) pocket on the left that can be accessed while carrying the bag.
• A mobile battery inside the main compartment can be connected to (and charge) a device in the SZ pocket through the hole inside the pocket.
• Devices up to 8 inches stored in the SZ pocket can be used as is while the cable is connected.
• A security pocket behind the cushion pad on the back panel (lower section only) can hold a passport.
• A side zipper gives direct access to the main compartment without opening the top zipper.
• The double handle, easy to grip and stable when hand-carrying on crowded trains or out and about, adjusts in length over a wide range.
• The zippered main compartment has a large opening for easy loading and a highly water-resistant construction.
